- The apps. Problems, requests, or feedback on NutriRank and VitalFill.
- Speaking, writing and teaching enquiries.
- Suggestions for articles you would like to see written or updated.
What I cannot help with
Anything specific to your own health. That includes interpreting your test results, commenting on your medication list, suggesting a diagnosis, or giving a second opinion on advice you have been given. This is not reluctance — it is that answering such questions without an examination and a full history would be poor medicine, and potentially unsafe.
Your own physician has the context I lack. If you are unwell and unsure where to turn, that is the right door.
